The Design Process
Each project is unique and requires a specific process to ensure you get the perfect design for your business. The delivery timeline may vary depending on your response, necessary revisions, and the complexity of the project.

CONSULTATION & CONNECTING
This is the first step in my design project. Depending on my availability, I will schedule an in-person or zoom meeting. During this meeting, I will ask questions to understand your needs and expectations and provide an overview of the design process. Your budget, timeline, and other preferences will be discussed during the consultation so that I can estimate the project's cost and completion date. If you feel our collaboration is a good match and you're ready to proceed with the project, I would kindly ask you for a down payment via cash, check, or Zelle.
CLIENTS ROLE AND ENGAGEMENT
To ensure the successful completion of the project, I will provide you with the form to fill in with all the necessary details for us to get started. In addition, I'll ask for photographs, content, or anything you have in printed format that you would like me to use in your designs. We can ensure the project is finished by the deadline by submitting this form and transferring the required files quickly and with timely responses.
If I am creating a website for you, please provide me with the access details of your domain and hosting and the links to your social media accounts (if applicable).
RESEARCH & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Doing research is really important for designing something great! I use your details to learn about the audiences and markets that your project focuses on. That helps me think of ideas from many different sources like colors, words, images, emotions, and all sorts of stuff. Then I sketch out all my ideas, picking the ones that best fit your request and making sure that they're attractive and functional.
PRESENTING DESIGN FOR FEEDBACK
I'm open to hearing your opinion on which concepts resonate most with you! I'm here to show you how successful these concepts can be and to explain their reasoning - but it can be challenging to make progress when design feedback is too vague. You know, comments such as "Make it Pop," "I don't like it," "Make it better," and "Spruce it up" don't help me visualize what you want and can cost extra time and money for the project. Instead, be clear when sharing feedback with helpful reference points like color, layout, or font. Trust your designer, as it allows me to use my creative skills to bring your vision to life.
DELIVER AND LAUNCH
Once everything is approved, I'll send you an invoice for the final payment, and as soon as I receive it, I'll email your print-ready files and digital files JPEG, PNG, or PDF. You would also receive instructions on how to use the design best.
In case it is a website and after the site is finished, this is your time to check and ensure everything looks exactly how you'd like it. I'll take a look and make sure all the links are working and the features are all up and running.
